Vision & values

Our values guide
our actions.

We are a marine business, and marine businesses are ultimately judged on whether everyone comes home. Respect, integrity, teamwork and excellence sit underneath that — but safety is the one that outranks a schedule, a client and a day rate.

01

Respect

For each other, for the sea, and for the communities our work touches.

02

Integrity

We report what happened, not what was convenient. Especially when it costs us.

03

Teamwork

One crew across ship and shore. No offshore problem is only an offshore problem.

04

Excellence

Planned, rehearsed and reviewed. Good outcomes are a process, not a personality.

Vessel operations alongside

HSEQ

Health, safety,
environment & quality.

Every vessel operates to an integrated management system certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, with ISM and MLC compliance across the managed fleet. Stop-work authority sits with every person on board, without exception and without consequence.

Sustainability

A responsible partner.

Our emissions are dominated by fuel burn, so that is where the work is: hybrid battery retrofits, shore power where ports allow it, DP optimisation and voyage planning. We report Scope 1, 2 and material Scope 3 annually.

  • — 34% of fleet hybrid-capable, targeting 60% by 2030
  • — 21% reduction in fleet fuel intensity since 2020
  • — Renewables now 28% of group revenue

Masters, ROV pilots, subsea engineers, project managers, superintendents and the shore teams behind them. We run a cadet programme, an ROV trainee scheme and a graduate engineering intake every September.
