Integrated subsea services
One contract instead
of three.
Split scopes create interfaces, and interfaces create risk. Because we own the vessels, the ROV spreads and the engineering capability, we can take a scope from concept select through to as-built documentation without a single subcontract handover.
Clients see it as fewer variation orders, tighter weather planning and a team that turns up in the same coveralls from FEED to demobilisation.
Engineer
Concept select, installation engineering, analysis and offshore procedures.
Mobilise
Vessel selection, spread build, equipment integration and marine assurance.
Execute
Offshore delivery under our own DP vessels, ROVs, project and HSE management.
Sustain
Life-of-field IMR campaigns, integrity data and eventual decommissioning.

Subsea services
IMR and light construction.
Inspection, maintenance and repair is the backbone of the business. We run year-round IMR campaigns on subsea production systems, pipelines, risers and moorings — typically on multi-year frame agreements.
- — General visual and detailed subsea inspection, CP and FMD surveys
- — Pipeline and riser repair, spool and jumper replacement
- — Light construction, tie-ins, structure installation to 400t
- — Mooring inspection, chain replacement and integrity management
- — Well intervention support and decommissioning

Renewables
Advancing floating wind.
The skills that install a subsea production system install a floating wind array: heavy mooring work, dynamic cables, station-keeping and marine coordination in exposed water. We have moved a growing share of the fleet into offshore wind since 2021.
- — Mooring and anchor installation, pre-lay and hook-up
- — Inter-array and dynamic cable lay support, pull-in and termination
- — Tow-out, positioning and commissioning support
- — Long-term O&M, survey and array integrity campaigns

Marine management
Ship management
since 1987.
We manage our own tonnage and third-party vessels: crewing, technical management, procurement, dry-dock planning, class and flag compliance, and full commercial operation. It is unglamorous work and it is the reason our utilisation runs where it does.
Technical management
Planned maintenance, class renewal, dry-docking, spares and vendor management.
Crewing
Around 1,900 seafarers, our own cadet programme and a retained-pool model.
